AM/WAS

AM/WAS is a multi-disciplinary solo project founded by Marnin Rashid in 2020, focused on making commentary through various art forms and music genres using storytelling. The project explores deep social issues and personal battles, many based on the founder’s real experiences.

Their upcoming release, I Want To Be Beautiful Too, arrives May 15th, 2026, accompanied by an album release tour. The album is a nonsequential story about loss and suicide, taking on an untraditionally electronic dream-pop sound.
